Ingredients to make Khati Mithi Kadhi

  • curd 400 grm
  • Milk 1 small bowl
  • gram flour 2 tbs
  • Curry patta 4-5 sticks
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • garlic 7-8
  • star anise 1
  • cloves 3-4
  • Tamal patta 2
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • methi 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon 1 piece
  • Dry red chilli 2
  • sugar 2- 3 tbs
  • salt as account to your taste
  • water 2 glass
  • ghee 1 tbs
  • hing 3/4 tsp

How to make Khati Mithi Kadhi

  1. Keep ready all ingredients.
  2. Keep ready curd milk and water too.
  3. Keep ready sugar and salt .
  4. Now take a bowl add curd, milk, water and gram flour.
  5. Now blend it and add one more glass of water.
  6. Add salt and sugar.
  7. Now take a kadai add ghee for tadka.
  8. Now add jeera and methi for simmer.
  9. Now add cloves, cinnamon, star flower and red chilli .
  10. Now add hing.
  11. Now give tadka in kadhi and add curry patta.
  12. Now add crushed garlic and bring it to boil for 20 - 25 minute.
  13. Keep boiling on medium flame and keep watch on.
  14. After 20-25 minute, now kadhi is ready sprinkle some coriander leaves in.
  15. Serve with rice, pulav, khichdi, paratha and chapati.

My Tip:

Keep consistency of kadhi according to your choice.
