It is my own innovation, and kids friendly recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Regular dosa batter 1 cup
  2. 1 mango pulp
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. Cardamom powder a pinch
  5. Chocolate sauce for garnishing
  6. Cherry and dry fruits for garnishing
  7. Butter to roast

Instructions

  1. Mix dosa batter, mango pulp, cardamom powder and sugar in a bowl and beat with a beater.
  2. Heat a nonstick griddle, make thick dosa with batter.
  3. Roast with butter till golden colour.
  4. Serve with chocolate sauce, dry fruits and cherry on the top.
