Paneer Momos

Ingredients to make Paneer Momos

  • flour-2cups
  • salt 1/4tsp
  • oil-2tsp
  • cabbage (grated) -1cup
  • paneer (grated ) - 1cup
  • onion (chopped ) -1
  • garlic (grated )-2tsp
  • oil-1 tbsp
  • pepper powder - 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • For Chutney:
  • Red tomato -2
  • Kashmiri red chilli-3
  • vinegar-1tbsp
  • garlic-3 cloves
  • salt to taste.

How to make Paneer Momos

  1. Knead a firm and smooth dough of flour salt oil.keep it aside.
  2. For the stuffing heat oil in a pan add garlic and onion fry for just 1 or 2 min.Add cabbage and paneer fry till they are dry. Keep aside for cooling.
  3. Now roll a small puri out of the dough place some stuffing in it and fold it like a half circle pinch the side.Make some mark with the help of a fork.Steam the momos in a steamer for 10 minutes.
  4. For chutney soak the red chillies in vinegar for 1/2 hour.
  5. Blanch the tomatoes and peel its skin. Cut it roughly.
  6. Grind the tomatoes, garlic, red chilli and salt to taste to a fine paste.
  7. Serve momo topped with red hot chutney.
