Chana Dal Kheer(No milk and sugar)

Ingredients to make Chana Dal Kheer(No milk and sugar)

  • 1 cup chana dal
  • 3/4 Cup coconut Milk
  • 100 gm jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Chopped mix dry fruits
  • 1/2 Elachi powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Few raisins
  • 1/2 ghee

How to make Chana Dal Kheer(No milk and sugar)

  1. Soak chana dal for three hours
  2. In cooker take water and add chana dal
  3. Cook for two whistle
  4. Open cooker and mash dal
  5. Heat deep pan
  6. Pour the cooked chana dal, jaggery and cook.
  7. Add coconut milk and cook until turn into a thick consistency.Add elachi powder and chopped dry fruits.
  8. In a pan heat ghee, add raisins and add to the kheer.
