Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Pav : 100gm - Paneer
  2. 2 - Egg whites
  3. 1 tsp - Isabgol husk
  4. 1/4 tsp - Baking powder
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. 5 gm - Butter to frying
  7. For Bhaji : 60 gm - Cauliflower
  8. 1 - Capsicum
  9. 1 - Tomato
  10. 1/2 - Onion
  11. Mushrooms - a few (optional)
  12. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  13. Salt per taste
  14. Pav Bhaji Masala - to taste
  15. Coriander leaves - for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower well in hot water and cook in pressure cooker along with tomatoes.
  2. Prepare the pav by grinding all the ingredients listed under pav, pour into a microwaveable cup and cook for 2 min or until done. Leave it aside to cool down
  3. Heat a pan, add little bit butter, add onion and saute, then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and pav bhaji masala and cook for 1 min . Add capsicum and cook till it softens. Then add salt and chilli powder.
  4. Take the pressure cooked cauliflower and tomatoes mash with a potato masher and to the masala and cook. Adjust the consistency by adding water.
  5. Add paneer and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes. Serve the paneer pav with spicy bhaji garnished with green coriander.
