Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cups - Basmati Rice
  2. 2 - Large green chilies, finely chopped
  3. 4-5 - Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  4. 4 spoons - Finely chopped ginger
  5. 2 Cups - Broccoli florets
  6. 2 Cups - Shredded cabbage
  7. 2 Cups - Lima beans
  8. 2 Cups - Shredded Brussels sprouts
  9. 2 Spoons -Soy sauce
  10. 1 spoon - Dried Chilli flakes
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 Cup - Sliced Onion
  13. 1 Cup - Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the basmati rice and while its cooking heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add Chilli, garlic and ginger sauté well till garlic turns brown. Add the onions and sauté well. Add the broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and Lima beans.
  3. Add the soy sauce, salt and chilli flakes. Add the rice and sauté well. Cook till done and serve hot.
