ABOUT Cream sandesh RECIPE

A low fat sweet, with fresh ingredients made at home.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 400gm indian cottage Cheese or chena
  2. 150 gm powdered sugar
  3. 50 gm cream
  4. Saffron flake
  5. Pistachio chopped
  6. Half tea spn rose water

Instructions

  1. Mash the chena till it becomes smooth.
  2. Add rose water ,sugar and cream
  3. Whisk lightly or mash with hand.
  4. Now take a square shaped greased mould.
  5. Pour the better into the mould .
  6. Cover it with aluminium foil and steam it on a water bath for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let it cool down then keep in fridge for two hour .
  8. Cut into pieces, garnish with saffron and pistachio flakes.
  9. Serve chilled ...enjoy
