multiple uses of this chutney,no cooking,can be used in gravys,with Parathas,pulavs,khakhra,breads,best thing can be stored in fridge,spicy and nice taste of garlic

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gms garlic pods
  2. 100 gms dry kashmiri red chili
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tsp oil


  1. soak kashmiri red chili for 2 hours
  2. remove skin of garlic pods
  3. now remove chilies from water
  4. press them with both hands
  5. this removes excess water
  6. now in grinder add red chili
  7. add garlic pods
  8. add salt
  9. grind it to paste
  10. remove in bowl and add one tsp of oil
  11. mix properly and store it in fridge
  12. whenever want to consume remove
  13. one hour before
