Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida-1 cup
  2. salt as taste
  3. Ajwain-1 tsp
  4. water-1cup
  5. Beetroot juice-2 to 3 tsp
  6. Palak puree-1/2cup
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Stuffing:
  9. Boiled & mash potatoes-1cup
  10. Matter-1/2cup
  11. Onion chopped-1tbsp
  12. Ginger grated-1tsp
  13. Salt
  14. Black salt-1/2tsp
  15. Red chilli-1/2tsp
  16. Amchur powder-1/2tsp
  17. Jeera powder-1\2 tsp
  18. Chat masala-1tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl add maida salt ajwain, oil mix.
  2. Divide to three part.Add beetroot juice in one part mix nicely and make a soft dough. Palak puree in second part mix, add some water to make a soft dough.Third part makes the white dough.
  3. Heat a pan with oil. add jeera green chilli, ginger, onion, and fry to 2-3min.Add boil potatoes, Matar and all spices, salt.Saute for sometime and switch off.
  4. Roll red, green and plain coloured dough, cut then make it resemble a rose with prepared stuffing in the centre.Prepare all dough the same way.
  5. Fry them in batches in hot oil.Serve with tomato sauce.
