Kulcha stuffed with boiled potatoes

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Ghee 1 to 3 spoons
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Sugar 1 tea spoon
  5. Warm water
  6. Boiled potato 1 cup
  7. Adrak Mirchi paste 1 spoon
  8. Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  9. Sugar 1 spoon
  10. Amchur 1 spoon
  11. Boiled & mashed green peas 1/4 cup
  12. Garam masala 1 spoon
  13. Coriander 1/2 cup
  14. Ghee 1 spoon
  15. Black Til 1 spoon
  16. Crushed garlic 2 spoons
  17. Oil 1spoon

Instructions

  1. Take maida, salt, ghee, sugar, yeast and with help of warm water make a dough.
  2. Keep dough in warm place.
  3. Take oil in a pan add in jeera and chopped oil. Add in salt and pinch of Haldi. cook till soft.
  4. Take boiled potatoes add cooked onion, green peas, coriander, green chilly, ginger and other mentioned masalas. Saute well and keep aside.
  5. Once the dough is nicely fermented take one small piece roll like puri and stuff in a spoon full of potato mixture and roll out like roti.
  6. Sprinkle black Til, brush in ghee and garlic.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 mins at 180.
