ABOUT Achari Paneer RECIPE

This is very delicious dish, with the addition of lots of onions.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms paneer
  2. 4 Onions
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspoon achari masala
  7. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  9. 1 tablespoon kasuri meethi
  10. 1 bowl milk
  11. 3 tablespoons butter
  12. 1 tablespoon Cream
  13. salt as per taste


  1. Cut Paneer in small pieces.
  2. Then chopped onion and tomato.
  3. Now take kadhai put 1 teaspoon butter and roast the onion and tomato then put achari masala and also roast it.
  4. Now take grinder put roasted onion and tomato then grind it and put aside.
  5. Take non stick pan put butter heat it then add cumin seeds after Crackling put paste and saute for till butter separate.
  6. Then add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, kasuri meethi.
  7. After that add Paneer and saute for 2 minutes.
  8. Then add cream and switch off the flame. Your Achari Paneer is ready.
