I love paneer a lot bur this time tried with achar flavour & the result is awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer...200 grams
  2. Onion...1
  3. Ginger garlic pasts...1teaspoon
  4. Tomato...1 big
  5. Panch foron masala...2 teaspoon
  6. Home made mango pickle oil.. 1teaspoon
  7. Green cardamom...2
  8. Cinnamon stick...1/2"
  9. Cloves...4
  10. Turmeric powder..1teaspoon
  11. Red chilli powder...1 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala powder...1 teaspoon


  1. Make a paste of onion, ginger garlic, tomato,green cardamom,cinnamon stick and cloves
  2. Heat 2 teaspoon butter and add the masala paste
  3. Add salt, panch foron powder,red chilli powder and turmeric powder.Mix it well.
  4. Add peas.
  5. Add slightly fried paneer cubes and 1 cup hot water.
  6. Let it boil for few minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.Its ready to serve.
