About achari panner Recipe

This is a recipe recipe of achari paneer, a delicious paneer gravy with spices, to be served with some roti on the side.

Ingredients to make achari panner

  • turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • onion [chopped] - 1
  • tomatoes [pureed] -2
  • Achari masala powder [store bought] - 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • paneer - 1 cup
  • curd - 1/2 cup
  • coriander leaves [handful]
  • oil

How to make achari panner

  1. marinate the panner with curd and spices for about 30 min
  2. Now heat a pan with some oil. Add the chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
  3. Then add the tomato puree and the achari masala powder and salt. Cook until the masala leaves oil.
  4. Now add the marinated paneer along with the marinade. Cook for few minutes and add little water for the gravy.
  5. Let this boil, cook until done, check for seasoning and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
