Ingredients to make Achari panner & baby tomatos saliad

  • 100 gms panner
  • 2 tsp rai powder
  • 1 tsp jera powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 pinch haldi
  • 1 pinch asfeoatada
  • 1 pinch methi seeda powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon make juice
  • butter as per need
  • Baby tomatos

How to make Achari panner & baby tomatos saliad

  1. Heat a pan put mustard seeds, methi seeds Fri as gold colour make powder
  2. Take a bowl put mustard powder,methi seeds powder,salt,chili powder,haldi,jera powder, asfeoatada
  3. Mix up Achari masala add oil, lemon juice make paste..
  4. Take panner cut by half stuff Achari paste..
  5. Marinate 15 min total Achari flavour binds to panner
  6. Keep Fri pan apply butter marinated panner allow to fri
  7. Both sides add butter until gold colour comes nice texture and aroma
  8. With the same pan put baby tomatos Fri in butter add salt, pepper Fri gently
  9. Keep a serving plate put Achari panner with baby tomatos..
  10. Ready to serve

My Tip:

Lemon juice gives enrich the taste
