Authentic pyaaj and ghathiya sabzi

Ingredients to make Authentic pyaaj and ghathiya sabzi

  • 4big size sliced onions
  • 1 cup ghatiya
  • Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  • Corriander powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • haldi powder 1/4 tsp
  • oil 1tsp
  • water 2cups
  • sugar 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • corriander leaves 1tsp finely chopped

How to make Authentic pyaaj and ghathiya sabzi

  1. in a deep pan add oil
  2. add 1/2 tsp jeera and mustard seeds
  3. when it crackle add onions
  4. saute for 2minutes
  5. now add red chili powder
  6. add haldi powder
  7. add corriander powder
  8. mix properly
  9. now add water
  10. take one boil
  11. add salt and sugar
  12. add lemon juice
  13. now add half of the ghathiya
  14. add corriander leaves
  15. switch off flame
  16. add half ghathiya while serving for crunchy taste
