ABOUT Royal Kababs (mawa-biscuit ke kabab) RECIPE

This is milk based recipe. Having Royal taste because of mawa and roasted dry fruits. However spicy touch is due to green chillies, pepper powder and garam masala. Biscuits in the entire recipe is adding a different flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Salted biscuits 300 grams
  3. Chopped roasted cashew, almonds, pistachio 1/2 cup
  4. Raisin 1/4 cup
  5. Finally chopped green chilli 4 pieces
  6. Finally chopped coriander leaves 3-4 tablespoon
  7. Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Black or white pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Ghee or oil for greasing and brushing 1/4 cup
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Finally chopped onion 1 small size

Instructions

  1. Heat milk on high flame, stir regularly. After 15 minutes, milk will condense and will convert into wet mawa ( not fully dry).At this stage, switch off the flame and cool completely
  2. Crush the salted biscuits and mix with mawa. Pour crushed biscuit till the time, you are able to bind like kabab.
  3. Add green coriander leaves, onion cashew, pista, almonds, raisain, salt, garam masala, black or white pepper powder, chaat masala, green chilli etc and all ingredients... If you need then add 1 or 2 tablespoon extra milk to make kabab balls.
  4. Grease the kabab balls and put into greased tray.
  5. Grill 20 - 25 minutes at 200 degree in preheated oven till kababs turns golden ( turn the kabab from the one side to other side)
  6. Brush generous amount of ghee on hot kababs before serving to increase royal taste. Now crispy and royal kababs are ready. Really amazing texture and taste.
