Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup soaked poha in water
  2. 1 cup grated beetroot
  3. 2 potatoes boiled
  4. red chilly powder and salt to taste
  5. 1 green chilli chopped
  6. 1 onion chopped
  7. oil for shallow frying
  8. chopped green coriander leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Form a dough.
  3. Take small ball from the dough.
  4. Flatten in your palm and shape into cutlets.
  5. Now shallow fry them on the griddle till golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
