ABOUT Besan wali Arbi RECIPE

Arbi is one of the most eaten vegetables but can often be boring, so make this spicy curry with arbi and besan to be served with some roti or rice on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Besan - 2 tbsp
  2. Ajwain [carom seeds] - 1/2 tsp
  3. Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Dried mango powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Arbi - 1 cup
  9. Green chilli [chopped] - 1 tsp


  1. Heat a kadhai with oil.
  2. Add the ajwain and asafoetida.
  3. Add the besan
  4. Add the chopped green chillies and ginger.
  5. Add the powdered masalas.
  6. Mix the Arbi to it.
  7. It is ready to be served.
  8. Serve it
