ABOUT Roasted potatoes RECIPE

Its something that can be served on as the side dish of lunch or dinner. In itself its like a luxurious thing to eat. Well seasoned and cooked it is a complete delicacy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baby potatoes (halved) 75- 100 gms
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil to Drizzle
  4. Black pepper 2 pinches
  5. water 2-3 cups

Instructions

  1. Wash your baby potatoes very well and drain them.
  2. Cut in halves or you can also cut them before washing.
  3. Place in on a baking tray lined with foil paper.
  4. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in preheated oven(250°c) for about 30 to 35 mins at 180°c.
  6. Can be kept for shorter or longer period as per the potatoes.
  7. they can be shallow fried also till slightly golden and crispy
  8. Serve as is or as the side to varieties like tandoori chicken, fish, etc.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.
