Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli 3 cup
  2. Dryfruits -
  3. Cashews. 10-15
  4. Badam. 10-12
  5. Walnut. 5-6
  6. Chana dal. & Urad dal. 1 tbs
  7. Water
  8. Onion,. .1 big
  9. Capsicum. 1 big
  10. Tomato. & Curd Can be added ( not necessary)
  11. oil


  1. First roast vermicelli & keep aside.
  2. Now take small amount of oil/ ghee . Roast all dryfuits, urad & chana dal,peanuts can also be added. Now keep in other bowl.
  3. Take some oil in pan,add mustard seeds,green chillies,pinch of garlic,onion, capsicum.
  4. Now add lot of water to it, when it comes to boil add roasted vermicelli & dryfruits.
  5. When allwater is soaked, dryfruit vermicelli is ready to serve.
