Made with besan, tried this ,came out delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bowlful of moongdal soaked fr 2 hrs
  2. 2 green chilies chopped,
  3. 2 tsp gg paste,
  4. Salt
  5. Oil fr frying
  6. #FR_DOUGH
  7. Bowl besan
  8. 1/2 bowl rawa
  9. 1 tsp red chilly pd,
  10. Salt, (remember we hd added in moong dal also),
  11. 2 tsp oil,
  12. Pinch of hing,
  13. 1/2 tsp ajjwain,
  14. 1 tsp roasted zeera pd

Instructions

  1. Coarsely Grind the dal in grinder
  2. Add all ingredientsand again blend it, now in mixing bowl take all ingredients of dough , mix dal , make a soft dough
  3. Cover and keep aside for 10 min, now take the dough on a cling film, roll it into puris and deep fry.
