Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Base-Dates 200g(seedless),
  2. sunflower seeds 50g ,
  3. puppy seeds 25g,
  4. white sesame seeds 25g,
  5. pumpkin seeds 50g,
  6. flax seeds 50g,
  7. roasted almonds 50g
  8. Filling- Condensed milk400g,
  9. paneer 200g,
  10. hung curd 1/2cup,
  11. Agar agar -1pack,
  12. milk- 1cup,
  13. Saffron-few strand

Instructions

  1. Roast all the seeds first and then chop them, mix and keep aside to cool them. Then take a loose bottom tin , cover the bottom and the sides with cling film( it ll easy to take out Cheese Cake when it is set) .
  2. Take a heavy bottomed pan ,put little butter , when it has melted, add water (2tbsp) and when bubbles start appearing at side put dates and with wooden spoon mash it when it is mashed ,start leaving side put all the roasted seeds and mix , now put the mixture in cake tin n spread at the bottom and make a wall . keep it in the fridge to set.
  3. Meanwhile make the filling. soak saffron in warm milk and keep aside, soak agar agar in water and once it starts boiling(see the instructions on the pack) to dissolve, let this cool.
  4. In a mixer grinder jar, put paneer, condensed milk and churn it, add little milk, agar agar,to the paneer mixture n churn to make fine mixture, add hung curd and churn, add saffron milk n churn , (at this stage mixture ll b little thick) pour this mixture on the base and keep in the fridge to set , Garnish with pistachio flakes.
