This is lucknowi kabab which is mouth watering. Mint leaves ,coriander leaves gives the freshness to the dish. All ingredients enhances its aroma.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1. Hara chana- 250 gm
  2. 2. Cornflour- 2tbsp
  3. 3. Garlic - 4 to 5 pods
  4. 4. Ginger - 1 inch piece
  5. 5. Green chili -2 to 3
  6. 6. Amchur powder - 2 tsp
  7. 7. Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
  8. 8. Coriander leaves-2tsp
  9. 9. Onion -1 medium sized
  10. 10. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the hara chana overnight.
  2. Boil the soaked hara chana .
  3. Drain out the boiled water from boiled chana and then put in the mixer jar.
  4. Now add garlic,ginger, green chili. You can increase the quantity of garlic, and green chili.
  5. Grind it properly.
  6. Mixture should be coarse.
  7. Transfer the mixture into the bowl.
  8. Now add chopped onion and amchur powder.
  9. After this add mint leaves, coriander leaves, cornflour.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Then add salt.
  12. Now take small portion of mixture and give the shape of kabab.
  13. Make some kabab like this.
  14. Put the non-stick pan on flame and add some oil then shallow fry the kabab.
  15. Put all kabab and add some more oil.
  16. Shallow fry them till brown and well cook. Flip them occasionally.
  17. When all kababs get well cooked then transfer it to plate.
  18. Serve it with green chutney and onion.
