Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For cone:
  2. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  3. Semolina 1/4 cup
  4. Oil 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For bhaaji :
  8. Potato-4 boiled
  9. Butter 1 tbsp
  10. Capsicum-1 chopped
  11. Onion-1 chopped
  12. Garlic-ginger chilli paste-1 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Boiled peas-1/4 cup(optional)
  15. Coriander leaves-chopped
  16. Tomato-2 medium size-chopped
  17. Tomato sauce-1 tbsp
  18. Chutney- corinder+curry leaves
  19. Spices:
  20. Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  21. Pav bhaji masala-2 tsp
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Coriander powder-1 tsp
  24. Garam masala-1/4 tsp
  25. Cheese grated-1 tsp(amul)


  1. First prepare cones.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for cone in a bowl.
  3. Add little water to knead dough.
  4. Make dough and rest aside.
  5. Now divide dough in equal size ball.
  6. Take one ball and roll it in round shape.
  7. Cut strips in equal size.
  8. Take aluminium cone and start to cover it by strips with the help of water.
  9. Make all the cones like this.
  10. Heat oil in a pan.
  11. Start frying these cones till golden brown on medium flame.
  12. Remove cone from mould.
  13. Now prepare bhaji.
  14. Took a nonstick pan.Add 1 tbsp butter
  15. Add cumin seeds .
  16. Add ginger garlic paste
  17. Add onions ,stir till translucent.
  18. Add peas ,tomotoes and capsicum.
  19. Add some water and cover the pan with lid.
  20. Cook vegetables for 5-6 minutes.
  21. Add boiled and mashed potatoes.
  22. Mix all spices.
  23. Cook until everything is cooked well.
  24. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  25. Now your bhaji is ready.
  26. Now fill this bhaji in cone ,sprinkle some cheese .
  27. Serve with chutney or sauce.Serve immediately
