ABOUT Karrari Bhindi RECIPE

Crispy and spicy side dish made in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gm ladiesfinger
  2. 4 tbsp cornstarch
  3. 2 tbsp Gramflour
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. 1 tbsp chat masala

Instructions

  1. Cut all ladiesfingers in very thin slices.
  2. Add gramflour, cornstarch, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt.
  3. Mix very well all together till all masala coats on bhindi.
  4. Now deep fry in hot oil till it will be crispy.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Sprinkle chat masala.
  7. Serve with all type of rice, Khichdi, you can serve with tea also as a snacks.
