This Indochinese recipie is popular in all age groups and is an amazingly populat street food too. Fried noodles are readily available in general stores these days. You can add variety of veggies to it. This is simple, almost no cook recipe and nutritious too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fried noodles 200gm
  2. Chilly sauce red and green 1 teaspoon each
  3. Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  4. Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
  5. Schezwan chutney 1 tablespoon
  6. Garlic and ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  7. Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  10. Crushed roasted peanuts handful
  11. Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  12. Grated cabbage 1 cup
  13. Boiled Corn kernels 1/2 cup
  14. Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
  15. Finely cut onion 1/2 cup
  16. Finely cut capsicum 1/2 cup
  17. Grated/ finely cut beetroot 1/4 cup
  18. Coriander leaves 1 cup


  1. In a large mixing bowl add chilly, soy and tomato sauce, vinegar and schezwan chutney
  2. Mix well and add pomegranate and corn kernels
  3. Take microwave safe bowl and microwave capsicum and ginger garlic paste for 1 minute with few drops of oil
  4. Now add capsicum and other vegetables to large bowl
  5. Add chat masala, pepper powder, spices and salt
  6. Mix well. Add coarsely ground peanuts
  7. Keep this mixture ready. Just before serving, add fried noodles. Mix well and serve
