Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Noodles one packet
  2. Oil for grease one table spoon
  3. Corn flour one table spoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Tomato sauce one cup
  7. Cucumber half cup finely chopped
  8. Cabbage half cup finely chopped
  9. Bell peppers ( red, yellow, green ) half cup finely chopped
  10. Tomato half cup finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles
  2. Grease noodles with oil
  3. Add corn flour and salt to boiled noodles
  4. Now take wok and heat oil
  5. Add boiled noodles for fry
  6. Fry till golden and crisp
  7. Now take a bowl and add tomato sauce and cucumber
  8. Add bell peppers, cabbage and tomatoes
  9. Add fried noodles and mix with fork
  10. Transfer to serving plate and garnish with coriander
  11. Chinese bhel is ready
