Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Noodles 1 pack
  2. Capsicum 2
  3. Chopped onion 1
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Carrot 1
  6. Soya sauce 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Chilli sauce 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles with little oil and salt.
  2. Strain it and rinse with cold water
  3. Strain at least 10 minutes and spread them with the greased palm.
  4. Heat oil in a karahi and fry them
  5. Put on a tissue.
  6. Now in a big bowl crush coarsely the fried noodles and add all the raw chopped vegetables
  7. Mix salt and all the sauces
  8. Stir well
  9. Serve immediately
