An easy and tasty indo chinese snack ,especially for kids. This chaat is a famous street food in india.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. noodles 1 pkt
  2. Water just to cook noodles
  3. Capsicum,1/2,chopped
  4. Onion 1,chopped
  5. Tomato ,outer portion only.not seeds 1,chopped
  6. Boiled corn 2 tbsp
  7. Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  8. Sauces,
  9. Tomato sauce 1/2 tsp
  10. Red Chilli sauce, 1/4 tsp
  11. Light Soy sauce 1/4tsp,
  12. Vinegar 1/8 tsp
  13. Salt
  14. Sugar a pinch
  15. oil

Instructions

  1. Boil water ,with salt. Put noodles & remove from fire. Cover and keep for 2 min. After that strain it. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add noodles little by little,fry well. Spread on a towel,to remove oil.,
  3. Meanwhile you can cook the vegetables & sauces.take a pan,add 1 tbsp of oil. Put garlic,fry well. Then add onion,capsicum,tomato & stir well for a few seconds.
  4. Then add sauces,chilli sauce,tomato sauce,vinegar ,sugar,salt and soy sauce. Stir well,for a few more min. Then at last add fried noodles. Mix well, till all sauces coat noodles well. Serve hot.
