Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled noodles_100 gm
  2. Carrot_1 julienme
  3. Capsicum _1 julienne
  4. Onion _1 julienne Gralic_1
  5. Cabbage _1 cup julienne
  6. Tomato sauce_1 tsp
  7. Oil_1tbsp
  8. Green coriander_2tsp
  9. Green chilli _2
  10. Chat masala_1/2 tsp
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Salt to Taste


  1. Take water in a vessel , enough to submerge 100 gm noodles,addb1 to 2 tsp oil and bit of salt in water.them boil the noodles ,boil it for 9 to 10 mins .sievev it and wash with cold water.toss the noodles and let it cool
  2. Turn on flame,put a pan with oil to heat up once rightly hot ,put noodles to fry .put it in small protions.fry until
  3. Yummy and flavourful Chinese Bhel is ready
