Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. nice rice flour 1 cup
  2. Uluththam paruppu 1/2 cup
  3. Green chilly 5
  4. need salt
  5. pinch hing powder
  6. kari leaves little
  7. water 1 -1/2 cup
  8. 1 spoon oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the urad dal for 30 minutes.
  2. Now drain the water from the dal and add hing, salt and green chillies. Grind this into a smooth paste.
  3. Now steam this mixture.
  4. Once done, add the curry leaves to the steamed dal.
  5. Boil water with a pinch of salt.
  6. then add the rice flour ,stir well. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Once it forms a dough, switch off the flame.
  7. Now divide the dough into equal parts.
  8. Stuff each part with the urad dal mixture and reshape them.
  9. Steam them for 15 minutes. This is ready to be served.
