Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 7-8 Bhindi(lady finger)
  2. 2 chopped green chilli
  3. 4-5 Chopped garlic cloves
  4. 2 tablespoons gram flour(besan)
  5. 1 tablespoon rawa
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder
  8. 1/2teaspoon cumin seed
  9. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoon curd
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for Deep frying


  1. Firstly,clean and wipe the bhindi
  2. Cut it small pieces
  3. Take a bowl and add all ingredients
  4. Mix them all well so that the bhindi pieces get equally coated with besan and rawa mixture
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry t the bhindi pakoda crispy and golden
  6. Drain excess oil on a kitchen tissue papers
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
