ABOUT Karele aloo pyaj ke sabzi RECIPE

This is a simple fried vegetable curry that can be served with some dal rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Karele [bitter gourd] 2
  2. Potato 1
  3. Onion 1
  4. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 11/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut all the vegetables length wise.
  2. Heat oil and fry all veggies till golden brown.
  3. Keep them aside
  4. In a pan add little oil ,crackle cumin seeds.
  5. Add fried veggies, all spices and salt.
  6. Cook till done and serve.
