Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mushroom (thick sliced) 10-15
  2. Peas 2 cup
  3. Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  4. Onion (sliced) 3
  5. Tomatoes (chopped square) 2
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Green Chillies 2
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Coriander leaves hand full
  13. Oil as required.


  1. In a wok heat oil and add sliced onions in it. Now saute until transparent and golden brown.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  3. Add in tomatoe and saute until oil separate.
  4. Then add all powder masala and saute.
  5. Then add in peas with little water.
  6. Now add in chicken mince and slit green chillies.
  7. And now close lid and let it cook.
  8. Once chicken comes to cook add in mushroom and let it.
  9. Then add in chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Once mushroom cooked switch off gas.
  11. And serve with Pav/bun or roti.
