Keema Samosa

Ingredients to make Keema Samosa

  • 1/2 kg wheat flour or atta
  • Keema – 1/2 kg boiled
  • 4 onions chopped
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • oil
  • 1 tsp ginger  Garlic  Paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric Powder
  • red chilli powder to taste
  • coriander Leaves chopped
  • salt to taste
  • ghee
  • 2 green chillies chopped

How to make Keema Samosa

  1. Mix salt and atta. Add water and knead it into a stiff dough.
  2. Keep the dough aside for 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile heat ghee in a pan, add onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  4. Add keema and fry for sometime.
  5. Add lemon juice, salt and chilli powder, let the mince mixture cool down.
  6. Make small balls of the dough. Roll it into a small circle.
  7. With a knife , cut once from centre of the circle to outside.
  8. Bring ends together using little water and then join the ends so that it becomes a cone.Seal well.
  9. Fill in the prepared mince and seal the edges.
  10. Fry the samosa on low flame till golden brown and crisp.
  11. Serve with dip of your choice.
