Kesar and dudhi ni dry fruit kheer is very simple yummy and healthy recipie. You can give your toddler who is having sweet tooth. Midly sweet, this kheer has many nutrients necessary for kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated bottle gourd (dudhi) 1/2 cup
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  4. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  5. Elaichi 2-3
  6. CHOPPED DRY FRUITS
  7. few strands of kesar

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan
  2. Add grated dudhi to it and allow it to sautee for few minutes
  3. Now add milk, elaichi, chopped dry fruits and few kesar strands to it
  4. Let it cook on simmer for few minutes.
  5. Add sugar to it and allow it to cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Scratch the layers formed on the sides of the pan and mix it well in pan.
  7. Your kesar and dudhi ni dry fruits kheer is ready to serve
  8. Garnish it with dry fruits and kesar strand
