Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gm refined flour
  2. 50 gm butter
  3. 5to6 piece baby corn
  4. Half cup blanched spinech
  5. Half cup spring onion
  6. Half cup Chesse
  7. One tbl spn Tangier masala
  8. Salt
  9. Two tbl spn cream
  10. One tbl spn corn flour
  11. One tbl spn butter
  12. Half tea spn chilli flake
  13. Some black olive

Instructions

  1. Take refined flour add butter cubes
  2. Mix n make crumble add little cold water make a stiff dough
  3. Divide the dough into two equal portion
  4. Gresse the tart mould
  5. Roll the dough on butter ppaper
  6. Set it in mould
  7. Folk the tart and bake it in preheated oven for 30 minute at 200 %
  8. Put a pan on flame add butter
  9. Add chopped spring onion n chopped garlic
  10. Add baby corn pieces
  11. Cook for few minute then add spinech
  12. Add one tbl spn Tangier masala n seasoning
  13. Add spring tangier n no need to adding extra masala with it
  14. Give a nice mix then add corn flour
  15. Now add cream
  16. Mix all this then add grated Chesse
  17. Lastly add one tbl spn milk
  18. Tart is bake till come light golden colour
  19. Fill the stuffing
  20. Put some grated Chesse on it
  21. Arrange some olive pieces on top
  22. Sprinkle some Tangier masala
  23. Bake it for ten minute
  24. Its ready to serve
