We usually eat or make pani puri chat,chole chat,tikki chat but this time I made chat with sabudana puris.After eating this I m sure you will be fan of this chat

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For sabudana puris-
  2. Sabudana 2 tbsp(soaked for 3-4hours(
  3. Maida 1 cup
  4. Suji 1/4 cup
  5. Oil for kneading dough 1 tbsp
  6. Salt 1/2 small spoon
  7. Oil for deep frying
  8. For aloo chat-
  9. Mashed and pealed boiled potatoes 2 big size
  10. Paste of green chillies and garlic cloves 1 tsp
  11. Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder to be needed
  13. Salt to taste
  14. For garnishing-
  15. 1/2 cup whipped curd
  16. 1 tbsp sweet imli chutney
  17. 1 tbsp green coriander chutney
  18. Few pomegranate seeds
  19. 1 chopped medium vsize onion
  20. 1 tbsp sugar powder
  21. 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  22. Haldiram bhujiya or sev if needed

Instructions

  1. For puri-
  2. Drain the soaked sabudana well and keep it a side
  3. In a big container mix maida,suji,salt and oil
  4. Add the sabudana also in it and knead it like chapati dough or little tight from the chapati dough
  5. Cover the dough with a cloth and keep it a side for 10 minutes
  6. After 10 minutes make small balls from the dough
  7. Roll small size puri from the balls
  8. Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying
  9. Now add the rolled puris in hot oil and fry it from both sides on medium flame till golden
  10. Take it out and keep a side
  11. For aloo chat- In potato add salt,green chilli,garlic cloves paste,red chilli powder and mix it and make small tikkies from it
  12. For garnishing-
  13. In curd mix black salt,sugar and roasted jeera powder
  14. Keep the puris in a plate and break it's upper layer
  15. Put the aloo tikkies over it and spread curd mixer,green coriander chutney, sweet imli chutney, chopped onion, chopped chillies, haldiram bhi kiya, pomegranate seeds and some leaves of coriander
  16. The sabudana puri chat is ready.Serve it to guest with tea
