Very easy and healty khakra made with foxtail millets.Best for diabetics patients,low calori diet.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Foxtail millets flour 1 cup
  2. Gram flour 1tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Turmuric powder 1/2tsp
  5. Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
  6. Carom seed 1/2tsp
  7. Oil 1tsp
  8. Salt as per taste.


  1. First make fine powder of foxtail millets in mixer.
  2. In a bowl add foxtail millets powder,gram flour,red chilli powder, turmuric,carom seed,cumin seed,salt and oil.
  3. Knead the dough properly.
  4. Make small ball.
  5. Roll out small thin round shape.
  6. Place them on khakra machine (roti maker).
  7. After turn little brown remove it.
  8. Cool it and store them in airtight container.
