Tri Colour Biscuit

Ingredients to make Tri Colour Biscuit

  • flour 100grams
  • sugar 50grams
  • Baking pdr. 1grams
  • Colour as required
  • Vanilla Essence 1teaspoon
  • butter 50grams

How to make Tri Colour Biscuit

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking pdr.
  2. Cream fat till soft and add essence and again mix.
  3. Add icing sugar as well as well as butter and knead well.
  4. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
  5. Add colour to each dough and mix till u get uniform mixing.
  6. Roll each into 1 1/2 inch diameter long strips and join with each other(the rolled strips) , Slightly pressing in all directions. Cut uniformely and place on baking trays.
  7. Bake at 150 deg. temp. for 15 to 20 minutes
