Raw bananas combined with some spices and deep fried it ,deep in spicy curry enjoy with phulkas and jeera rice

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the koftas.
  2. Boil bananas - 1 cup
  3. Green chillies - 2 no.
  4. Ginger crushed - 1 teaspoon
  5. Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  6. Oil mustard for deep fry
  7. Coriander leaf- 2 spoon
  8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
  9. For the curry-
  10. Bay leaf - 2
  11. Oil 3 teaspoon
  12. Asafoetida-1 teaspoon
  13. Cumin -1 teaspoon
  14. Green cardamom -3
  15. Black cardamom - 2
  16. Green chillies - 2 no
  17. Garlic paste -1 teaspoon
  18. Ginger paste -1 teaspoon
  19. Tomatoes - 3 medium size
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Turmeric powder
  22. Garam masala powder -1 teaspoon
  23. Red chilli powder -1/2 teaspoon ( optional)
  24. Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix all the mixtures in a deep bowl
  2. Mash well the boiled bananas , divided in to 10 equal portions
  3. Make a round koftas.deep fry the koftas till brown colour
  4. Transfer all the koftas on tissue paper .
  5. Heat the oil add cumin seeds bay leaves asafoetida
  6. Make a paste of tomato with all ground spices . And transfer this mix into pan .
  7. Add ginger garlic paste
  8. Add salt and mix well
  9. Add 1 small cup of water and boil it 20-25 minutes with adding koftas
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaf
