Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl of semolina
  2. 1/2 bowl of peas
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1 inch piece ginger
  7. Few coriander leaves
  8. Salt according to taste
  9. 1/2 spoon mustard seeds
  10. 1/3 spoon turmeric powder
  11. 3 bowls of water
  12. 2 tablespoon mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Put in the mustard seeds, chopped garlic, green chillies, onion and roast it a little.
  2. Then put in the semolina and roast till it turns pink.
  3. Put boiled peas, salt, turmeric powder, tomato and mix.
  4. Now pour in water and cook while stirring.
  5. Once it is cooked, remove it from the flame. Garnish with coriander and serve.
