ABOUT Bajra ke Onion Bhajji RECIPE

Substitute Besan with Bajra with additional spices and the traditional bhajjis still taste good

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bajra flour (roasted) 3/4 cup
  2. Medium onions thinly sliced 3
  3. Chilli powder 3 teaspoon
  4. Corriander powder 1teaspoon
  5. Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well , add onions and sprinkle water. Since onion releases moisture do not add additional water unless required. Mix them with your hands
  2. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Dampen your palms and drop the bhajji in oil
  3. Fry until it's browned...Serve hot with sauce ketchup or green chutney
