Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chilke wali urad daal 350 gm
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ginger grated 2tsp
  4. Green chilli -coriander paste 1tsp
  5. Oil for frying wadas


  1. Soak daal overnight or minimum 4-5hours
  2. Take out the daal and with minimul water grind in mixer.do not make a thin paste
  3. Add salt ,grated ginger,green chilli coriander paste in it and mix in it.
  4. Make the mix very soft by continuously mixing it with hand
  5. With this mix give shape of vada with your hand or plastic sheet.
  6. Put oil in kadai pick little mix make a round make hole by finger of other hand.
  7. Put 3-4 at one time and Fry till brown on both sides.
  8. Prepare sambhar and have these delicious vada ,a soulfull food.
