Vada Chane

Ingredients to make Vada Chane

  • For Vada- 2 cup chilka urad dal
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  • oil for frying
  • for chane- 2 cup white chickpeas
  • salt to taste
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1tsp chana masala
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1tbs meethi chatni

How to make Vada Chane

  1. Soak urad dal for 2hr
  2. Strain and grind it
  3. Mix salt and cumin seeds
  4. Beat well
  5. Heat oil in a karahi
  6. Fry the Vadas in medium flame.
  7. to prepare chana
  8. Soak chana over night and boil in morning
  9. Heat oil in a cooker
  10. cook onion and tomato
  11. Add salt and chana masala.
  12. Now add chana with water.
  13. Cook till 2 whistle.
  14. Arrange vada in a plate pour chana on it.
  15. Garnish with meethi chatni
  16. Serve hot.

My Tip:

U can make vadas n store when.u serve pour hot chanas over it.
