Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rava 100 grams
  2. sugar 75 grams
  3. Chopped Ripe pineapple 25 grams
  4. Yellow colour 1/2 teaspoon
  5. water as required
  6. pineapple essence 1/2 Teaspoon
  7. salt a pinch
  8. Oil or ghee As required or 1 full cup
  9. Dry raisins, Cashewnut, Badam all combined 25 grams


  1. Roast the rava for few minutes in low flame and keep it aside.
  2. Cut badam into tiny stripes and cut cashewnut into two and keep it aside.
  3. Now in a vessel add sugar and pour water till it is completely immersed and heat on slow flame and then add essence, chopped pineapple and salt and yellow colour and boil till sugar completely dissolves.Now add roasted rava and and mix well
  4. Now start heating the oil or ghee and then add raisins, cashewnut and badam in slow flame.and pour it in the above mixture.
  5. Mix well till u get the kesari consistency.
