Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spring roll wrappers 8 to 10
  2. Dark Chocolate bar(I usee Lindt)
  3. Oil for frying
  4. Garnish
  5. Chocolate Sauce
  6. Vanilla icecream
  7. Chocochips

Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces
  2. Take 1 spring roll and put 2 chocolate piece
  3. Roll and seal the edges with water
  4. Keep these rolls in the freezer
  5. When you are about to eat/serve ,directly remove these chocolate spring rolls from and freezer and put them in hot oil
  6. The oil will splatter,dont worry
  7. Deep Fry on medium flame till golden on all side
  8. Serve garnished with choccolate sauce and Vanilla icecream
  9. Cut the spring rolls in 2 or 3 portions to let the melted chocolate ooze out
  10. Quick fusion dessert. Always a hit.
