Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Boondhi
  2. 1 onion chop
  3. 2 green chilli
  4. 1 tomato chop
  5. 2 Tbsp coriander leaves
  6. 1 spoon ginger chop
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. 1 spoon tomato katchup
  9. 1/2 cup cheese cubes
  10. Water as required
  11. 1/2 sp Jeera
  12. 1/2 spoon garam Masala
  13. 1/2 Tea spoon degi mirch


  1. Firstly chop the onion,ginger, coriander leaves,tomato ,chilli and cheese
  2. Take a pan put oil into it and then put Jeera after Jeera cracked add onion,ginger green chilli and sautey2 minutes.
  3. Then add salt,Haldhi,degi mirch powder and garam Masala.
  4. Now add cheese and Boondhi mix all then sprinkle some water on it and cover the lid.
  5. After2 to 3 minutes open the lid and fold all material up and down side.
  6. Then add coriander leaves and mix again.
  7. Serve hot with tandoori chappaties
