Pav bhaji is one of the most favourite dish of my kids..and with cheese .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potatoes 4 medium size
  2. Green capsicum 1 medium size
  3. Carrot 1 medium size
  4. Cauliflower 200 gram
  5. Green peas 200 gram
  6. French beans 100 gram
  7. Onions 3 big size
  8. 4 tomatoes big size
  9. Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  10. 2 green chillies
  11. Processed cheese 2 tablespoons
  12. Butter 250 grams
  13. Oil 2 tablespoons
  14. Pav buns 12 pieces
  15. Salt 2 teaspoons
  16. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  17. Kashmiri red pepper powder 2 teaspoon
  18. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  19. Pavbhaji masala 2 tablespoons
  20. Lemon 1 piece

Instructions

  1. Wash , peel and chopped potatoes
  2. Chopped cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, beans
  3. Boil all these vegetables along with green peas adding salt and turmeric powder till soft
  4. Now in a vok pit oil on medium flame
  5. Add cumin seeds
  6. Add finely chopped 2 onions..Stir it
  7. Now add ginger garlic paste
  8. Add pureed tomatoes and green chillies
  9. Add boiled and mashed vegetables
  10. Add all the spices
  11. Mix well and cook for 5..6 minutes
  12. Now add 2 teaspoon butter and grated cheese
  13. Mix well
  14. Now turn off the flame
  15. Now add lemon juice
  16. On a pan add some butter and roast pav buns from both sides
  17. Serve bhaji garnished with some more butter along with pav bins with onion salad
