Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawns ( cleaned and deveined) - 100 grms
  2. Mutton kheema (washed)- 100 grms
  3. ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tspn
  4. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tspn
  5. curd - 1 tspn
  6. Green chilly - 2 nos
  7. chilly powder - 1/4 tspn
  8. turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
  9. salt to taste
  10. onion - 1 big
  11. coconut grated - 3 tbspn
  12. coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  13. Black gram dhall powder - 1/4 cup


  1. In the prawns and kheema add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coconut, curd, coriander leaves, green chilli, chopped onion to it and saute well for about 10 mins.
  2. Cool the mixture for a while and add beatened egg, black gram dhall powder to it and mix well.
  3. Now make desired shape kababs Shallow fry the kababs in a tawa or make it in grill.
  4. Kababs will be delicious to rice, chapathies or with kuboos.
